Full Support - Bunn will gather all required information from the customer to build a Source Machine according to specifications. Bunn will coordinate with the customer and perform the Content Update.Partial Support - Customer and Bunn work hand-in-hand to build a Source File from a Source Machine. Once the configurations are verified and approved, customer and Bunn will coordinate to perform the Content Update together.As-Needed Support - Customer will build their own Source Machine with configurations, settings, and images. Bunn will provide support as requested. Customer will perform the Content Update with Bunn on standby support.
