Please attach an image of damaged packaging or merchandise. Any concealed damage claim should be reported to BUNN within 5 business days of receipt of product in accordance with Supplement 1 to NMF 100-AO. Photographic proof is required for any damaged returns to be processed.

We only processes returns or refunds for merchandise purchased directly from BUNN. Merchandise purchased from another source will need to be resolved with that source directly.






Please provide the Serial Number or the Order Number associated with this return. The Serial Number can be found on the shipping box OR on the Data Plate on the unit itself. The Order Number will be on the receipt of original purchase.
